Pre-Booking
How can I inquire with you?
Head to my Contact page to fill out all your details for your wedding or event.
Once I get your inquiry, I do a little happy dance and then send you my full brochure and pricing guide within 48 hours during the business week Monday-Thursday (most times quicker than that). If my services look like something that you want to chat or learn more about, we then schedule a quick phone consult to answer any questions and review my packages in more detail. I always offer a few time slots so that you have the option to chat with me within the week of your inquiry.
The Booking Process
How do we move forward with/booking you?
- A 50% non-refundable retainer will be required to reserve your date and my electronic contract will be sent out to review all the details about your wedding day. We can always schedule a time to go over my contract if you have questions.
When is the remainder of the payment due?
- Your remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding date. I have the option to set up automatic withdrawal so you don't forget :)
Where can you find all the info you need after booking you? (contract, invoice, package details, etc.)
- All of your info will be saved via Honeybook and available to you to reference at anytime.

Help with your timeline
- We'll create a custom Day of Timeline together during your in person 90 minute meeting or virtual consultation
- I'll send a questionnaire to get your dream wedding vendor team information and introduce myself to your vendors
- A venue walk-through to ensure everything goes smoothly on the big day.
- Chat through your styling and design vision
What’s the best way for me to keep in touch with you?
- You can e-mail me anytime and during your wedding week I'm also available via text or a phone call.
What happens if you need to reschedule/cancel?
- If it is due to a force of God or something beyond your control, we can move your retainer to a new date within 1 year of your original date
- There may be a $500 rescheduling fee and dates are subject to planner availability.

The Wedding Day
How do you work on the big day?
- Either myself or someone from my wonderful team of planners will be your point person and magic maker on the day of so that all your vendors can connect with me and leave you to enjoy the bliss of celebrating with your loved ones.
When will i show up/leave?
- You'll find me or my team on-site for 8 hours or more if you add on more to your package. I'll get all your vendors set up and moving so that everything is ready when you arrive.
