Why Hire a Coordinator?

I'm here to answer your questions, join you for tastings and fittings, help with design decisions, and more often than not, to be your listening ear (we wear all the hats). Along with that, I am there to help with your Day of Timeline, vendor communication, rehearsal coordination and more. I want you to be empowered so you look back on your wedding day and the process to getting there, with joy.

Event Coordination Packages

FULL EVENT DESIGN + COORDINATION

Want to kick back and relax? Let me step in and take over all the details for you, start to finish. From help with budget management, to vendor curation, to design boards and more, this package will cover it all. I’ll curate an amazing group of vendors and navigate/negotiate contracts for you. You won’t have to have to worry about a thing!

8 hours on-site, rehearsal dinner, venue walk through, vendor meetings and more are all included.

You’ve done almost everything, but need some help pulling together the last little details. I'll jump in 1-2 months before your event and help you create a timeline, confirm all your vendors, and any little last minute details. The only thing you have to focus on is having fun.

PARTIAL PLANNING

You have started the process on a few things but then let me take the reigns on design + coordination once we’re 5-6 months out. I’ll pull together a design plan for you, with rental suggestions and get the rest of your vendors underway!

SPECIAL ELOPEMENT PACKAGE: Day of Coordination by Jaime Ta Creative, Photography by Melissa Babasin Photography or RT Faith Photography and Florals by Knot & Fern.

This package is ideal for the couple that has fewer than 25 guests and wants the adventure as well as all of the pretty details for their intimate day.
