Hey, I'm Jaime

I know how stressful planning a wedding can be, so let me let me be your guide on this journey. I aim to make your wedding planning process a fun and memorable experience. If you're looking for an Event Planner who loves making magic, you've found her.

Forming relationships between clients and vendors to produce a spectacular experience is just the icing on the cake. You'll find that I wear many hats but above all, my goal is to make the wedding planning process just as memorable as your wedding day itself.

Born and raised in sunny southern California, I'm a huge fan of outdoor adventures, beach days, and good food. When I'm not working as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant or planning events, I'm also exploring the world and trying new things. Most times, I just love hanging out with my husband and dog, Nathaniel and Finn, exploring Portland's food and music scene.

My work is guided by Faith and my heart seeks to thrive and serve within my community. I am also dedicated to inclusivity and representation in the industry, and I work hard to advocate for all couples and tell their stories.

I’ve picked out bridesmaids dresses, rentals, consulted on how walkable high heels really are, and made a million timeline adjustments. I am pumped that you’re getting hitched, and I want you to enjoy the whole dang process.

Why is racial equity in the wedding industry important to me? When I couldn't find inspiration photos for when I started in the field of couples and people that looked like me, I knew it was time to change something about it.
